New Transitions Lifestyle Class begins 7/9!

The next Transitions class starts on July 9th! We will meet in Beaverton on Thursdays, from 6:30p - 7:30p.

Transitions is the only weight and lifestyle program that focuses on body composition (losing Fat & building muscle - no, does not require hours at the gym!) and includes all the cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle - low glycemic diet, exercise, stress management and nutritional support.
